Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to Request a Return

Email support@arola.cc with your order number and reason. We will reply with return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or full refund.
