Shipping Policy
- Shipping Time: Ships within 24h · Delivered in 10-15 days (we ship within one business day).
- A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.
- Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Because each piece is quality-checked before dispatch, your order ships within 24 hours and typically arrives in 10-15 days.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States. If you are ordering from another country, please contact us at support@arola.cc before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, our 30-Day Return Policy below applies. To cancel, email support@arola.cc with your order number as soon as possible.
30-Day Return Policy
- We offer a 30-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- To start a return, email support@arola.cc with your order number; we will reply with instructions.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
- Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost — contact us within 7 days of delivery.
